Purpose of the Pilot 

The goal of the Pilot-in-a-Box is to provide a tangible experience and value: 

  • Data insight at two representative locations 
  • Objective validation of our data: accuracy, uptime, and direct access to the data in the dashboard 
  • Proof of concept as a stepping stone to temporary counts or structural monitoring 

After completion, the municipality will have hard, validated data that can be used immediately to support policy decisions and road safety.

Rate

The Pilot-in-a-Box is offered at a pilot rate of €1,999 all-inclusive .
(excluding VAT and travel expenses).

Practical experience: Hilversum

The municipality of Hilversum opted for a Pilot-in-a-Box to experience our data quality for themselves. During the pilot, an accuracy of 99.2% was established. Based on this, the municipality decided to roll out the system to 23 permanent locations on main routes and cycle routes. This network now forms a solid basis for data-driven mobility policy and infrastructure planning.
